Bacon Wrapped Peaches – Aupa Plancha

Yield: 6.
Recipe for Bacon Wrapped Peaches
- Wash and dry the peaches.
- Cut each peach in half and then each half into four quarters.
- Cut the bacon slices in half.
- Set the Aupa Plancha to medium low heat and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place one large basil leaf on each side of the peach slices.
- Wrap each peach slice and basil leaf with a slice of bacon.
- Pin the loose end of the bacon slice with a toothpick.
- Brush the cooking surface lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the peach and bacon slices until the bacon is cooked, turning so all sides are evenly cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
- Before serving drizzle with balsamic glaze.
