How to make Chimichurri Sauce:

Chimichurri sauce originates from Argentina and is the perfect blend of garlic and parsley for marinating and grilling steak, chicken, and even your veggies.  This sauce will become your favorite go-to marinade!

This will quickly become your favorite go-to marinade for everything.

  1. Start by pulsing the parsley in food processor/blender until finely chopped.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste or even add a tad more garlic.  We’ll let you decide.
  4. And lastly, separate the sauce into equal parts using half for basting or marinade and the other half for table service.

Chimichurri Sauce

Since Aupa Planchas have a flat surface, you can actually grill your meat, seafood, and veggies directly in the marinade.  This benefit enhances the dish’s flavors even more.
