Prosciutto - 9 slices approximately 6oz (thinly sliced)
Asparagus Spears - 18 small to medium size*

How to make Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus:
- Trim hard end from each asparagus spear.
- Cut each slice of prosciutto lengthwise so that you now have 18 slices of prosciutto.
- Preheat your Aupa Plancha on medium heat.
- Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each spear. Start at the bottom and spiral up to the tip of the asparagus.
- Pour olive oil onto the hot plancha.
- Place each wrapped spear on the plancha to cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, turning to gain desired crispness on all sides.
- Plate and serve while hot – yields 3 per person.
*To make as a side dish, do not cut the prosciutto into half slices. You can then wrap one slice of prosciutto around a bundle of 3-4 small/medium spears or 1-2 large spears.
